Step 1 How to Apply

Complete an application form

The first stage of applying to Excelsia College is the application form. As you proceed with the form, please read carefully, complete all fields and attach all documentation listed on the checklist. Once you have submitted your application, the Registrar’s Office will email you confirming: the receipt of your application, which round of offers you are in and when the offer date for that round is and any missing or uncertified documentation.

After your application details have been confirmed your chosen school will contact you regarding the next stage. Please keep in mind that under the privacy legislation, Excelsia College is able to communicate only with the applicant about their application, and not with family members or other representatives.

Necessary documents for application

You will need to provide the following documents by uploading them into your online application:
1. Proof of Citizenship - Passport, birth certificate or citizenship certificate (one only)
2. Previous studies:
Undergraduate - Higher School Certificate with Record of Achievement for NSW school leavers. Transcripts of any other (relevant) studies or industry experience after high school should also be included.
Postgraduate - Higher Education transcripts.

Please note: All supporting documents attached in the application process must be true and complete records. You can scan these documents and upload them in the online application form. However, you may be asked to provide original documents or original certified copies of supporting documents upon request at any time. Failure to do so may result in your candidacy being rejected. Detailed checking of supporting documents is an inherent element of our admissions process and may involve asking for verification from the original issuing authority, relevant tertiary admissions centre, or other organisation.

Supplementary Information

In order to complete your online application you will need to complete the supplementary documentation for your respective course.

All applicants will be contacted within a few days after submission of their application about interviews and audition dates. The outcome of all applicants’ applications will be available a few weeks after interviews and auditions.

Step 2: Enrolment

Once applicants have been sent an offer, applicants have two weeks to accept their offer. This is done online and a confirmation will be emailed back to the applicant. At this point, applicants are welcome to apply for Credit or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if applicable and the Credit and Recognition of Prior Learning Policy is a useful reference. Alternatively, applicants may defer their offer to a later semester to start their studies. A weblink would be sent to applicants in their offer letters if they wish to defer their start date.

Fees and charges are included in the offer letters and can also be viewed on the College website.
